T4G

Ryan and I went to T4G in Louisville.  It is a bi-annual conference, and it is so good!  John Piper, David Platt, Ligon Duncan....it doesn't get a whole lot better than that, well, except for Jesus!  Such a great week.  It was great to get away for a few days. 

If you go to Louisville, please go to Mark's Feed Store!  It's the best BBQ I've ever had.  (I've never been to Memphis, though, or Texas! YET!)

Ryan and I were able to shop in the gift shop, and we got the boys each a wooden bat, and Mercy a pink softball.

My favorite pie EVER with cinnamon homemade ice cream.  This pie is worth an day trip to Louisville, seriously!!!  If you ever go to Louisville, this place is a MUST!

Mercy went to the dentist for the first time!  She was a little nervous at first, but ended up doing just fine.  She loved using Mr. Thirsty!

A visit with Mama

We stopped by to see Mama for a couple hours one day.  Mercy was happy to show Mama her babies!  Here are a few pictures :)  Happy times!!!

Mercy loved hanging out with the big girls at the crab shack!  Bentley (the one with the carrot necklace) is Brent's daughter.

 

If there's a tree available, Josiah will be climbing it!  Although climbing a tree with dead limbs may not be the wisest thing to do.

Since we are land-locked, going to the beach is a MUST!

Ice skating

Mercy tried ice skating a year ago, but didn't like it much.  I think she was fearful and only skated around the rink twice.  She was very eager to give it a try this time.  She was also very glad to have her Aunt Caroline to help her along.

She was a little unsteady at first and did fall a few times.
