more from Virginia

We went to the pool one day.  My mom had never actually been to the pool there.  haha!  The boys worked on their swimming skills.  Josiah made some headway while we were there.  He voluntarily went underwater jumping and also attempting to swim.  This was a big step for him considering that he would never put his face under water before this trip.  They had fun swimming with their Gigi.

Virginia Living Museum

We went to the Living Museum the second full day we were in town.  The kids always enjoy going there, and they had dinosaurs this time!!!

Yay!  We are in Virginia at the same time as the dinosaurs!

Girly girl time in Virginia

Our time in Virginia had its moments of girl time!  Mainly, because Mercy is a girly girl!

She wanted her hair done like Faith:
and of course, here's a shot from the back
 Girly Smiles:
 Next came nail time:
 picking out colors:
and Mercy getting her nails painted:
 pink it is!
 the first toe is done:
 and more painting:
She is happier then she looks:
 time for hands:
 they're done!

Later in the week, Mercy saw my mom putting curlers in her hair.  Of course, she wanted curlers in her hair:
