Asheville

The kids and I met up with Carla in Asheville for lunch.  The kids enjoyed being with each other and they were all intrigued with Robert.  Josiah, especially, loves babies so he was excited to get to hold Robert for the picture.  We stopped for about an hour and a half and talked some.  It was fun and a good break from the road.  I really liked the area where we stopped.  There were several good non-fast food place to eat and a Charming Charlies!

Date night

Ryan and I had a spontaneous date night to start off spring break.  I signed up to win tickets to the Ellie Holcomb album release show, and I won!  I signed up on a Friday afternoon, and then received an email that evening saying that I had won.  We quickly found childcare that that Sunday night.  It rained and rained like crazy all the way to Nashville and back.  And not just any rain, but a cold rain...and almost ice/snow.  We made it, though, and had a blast.  Ellie's concert was great and I am so glad we were able to go!

CBS Leadership Retreat

 Our CBS Retreat this year was the Regional Conference in Nashville.  The conference was a Friday night and then ended the following Saturday afternoon.  The conference was really good and well done.  It focused on general leadership and also leadership specifically for CBS.  It was a fun weekend and a good break to get away.

 

I get to hang out with these ladies every Thursday.

Valentine's Day

The only Valentine's Day picture I got!  Mercy with her Valentine!  We share one, and I'm fine with that.  Out to eat for lunch at Applebee's.  :)

Basketball ended in February.  The boys had a blast playing, and it gave them an outlet for some exercise through the colder months.  I have to say that I was looking forward to the end so that we could have a Saturday morning of sleeping in.  We had to be there every Saturday at 8:00 for Aedan.  I have a couple pictures and a few more videos to share:)
