Another tooth gone, another day older, and soon he will be taller than me!

The main idea

The boys have been into finding the main idea of a Bible passage lately.  Ryan sits down with them and they find it together and write in down.  Then, they find more points together.  The boys love it, and Josiah loves writing it down in his notebook.  Yes, Bible Scholars!

Yellowy Cuteness

Mercy LOVES flip-flops.  A meal-time blessing is not complete without Mercy thanking God for her flip-flops!  hahaha!  I got Mercy this yellow romper from a site, Simple Addiction, that does daily boutique deals.  It is often jewelry items and kiddie things (and scarves).  I got her the romper for $5.95 around Black Friday.  The shipping was really reasonable, too. (Although, it seemed to take a while to ship to me.  So if you need something in a hurry it may not be the best place to order from.  It may have just been a busy time, though.)  This is a great place to order those extra gifts that you need.  Oh, and the yellow flip-flops were found at Old Navy for $2.49!  They are a touch big right now, but should fit her for the summer.  She is ready for the beach!!!!

Christmas singing

Another semester completed!  Yes, another semester of school for Ryan, and also another semester at CBS and church.  Aedan belted out some tunes at the end of semester singing for the mommies.  I couldn't believe it as I watched him.  hahha!  It was quite awesome!!!!  Here are some videos:

 

 

 

 

 

Josiah and the other chidren at church worked all semester long on a Christmas musical.  Lots of words to memorize!  He did a great job as well, and took it so seriously!  Super job to my singers!!!!

Paige's pictures

About a year ago a girl in our youth group was given a (nice) new camara for Christmas (or maybe it was her birthday since it's right after Christmas).  Paige and I had talked about her taking pictures of us last spring.  We finally did it!!!  Woot!!!  Paige did a great job with our pictures!  Here is her business facebook page if you want to check it out:

B-Ball Time!

Josiah just started basketball!  They will practice throughout December and then games begin in January.  He had his first practice yesterday and got his jersey and other things!  The jerseys are pretty cool.  They are reversible!  Awesome!  He also got an Upward t-shirt and a magnet for the car.  He is excited and so are we!  Go Josiah!!!!  Be on the lookout for more basketball posts coming this January!
